What Should I Do To Prepare For Construction?

• Please keep vehicles clear from work area and driveway.

• Please furnish daytime phone numbers where you can be reached to answer any questions.

• Please keep children and pets away from the work area. Kids think it can be exciting to watch the work process, but please do so from a safe distance.

• We will need at least one electrical outlet for power equipment.

• Hanging or potted plants should be moved to a safe area. Please let us know if there are specific shrubs, trees or bushes to pay special attention to.

• It is a good idea to have windows closed to keep the dusty conditions outside.

• For roofing jobs, cover and remove any attic materials you want protected from possible falling debris.

• Think about removing unused TV antennas, satellite dishes. This is also an excellent time to consider adding other elements such as skylights or dormers.

• For siding jobs, remove fragile pictures or figurines from shelves and walls.

• For garages, additions, or decks - please make sure the area is clear before work begins.
